Refund Policy Revised 4/7/21
We understand things happen and you may have to cancel or reschedule. That’s not a problem, we’re here to assist with your requests. We pride ourselves in awesome Customer experiences from start to finish so we will do what we can to make sure you receive a satisfactory resolution to any issue(s) you may encounter.
- Cancellation Request – We offer refunds on a cancelled appointment if the appointment is cancelled prior to 24 hours of your service date and time. For example, if your booked appointment is tomorrow at 7pm EST, then you must contact our Customer Success team prior to 7pm EST, today (the day before your appointment). Failure to cancel or reschedule with 24 hours notice will result in your deposit being forfeited with no refund.
- Emergency Cancellation Request – An already booked Emergency appointment can be cancelled for a partial refund minus a 25% inconvenience fee if done 1 hour before the point of actual onsite or remote service is performed. If our technician arrives onsite or initiates an on-time remote session and you determine you no longer need our services this would be considered a forfeit of your deposit with no refund. Whether work is performed or not, if our technician arrives before your cancellation, the charge will stand.
- Reschedule Request – If you need to reschedule your appointment, you can request a new date and time by calling our Customer Success team at (561) 316-7712,. If you are unable to set a new appointment date and time at the time of your reschedule request we allow 7 business days for you to contact us and reschedule, otherwise your deposit would be considered forfeited with no refund.
- We only accept cancellation or reschedule requests via verbal (you speaking to our representatives) or written (via email, text or live chat). We do not, I repeat, we do not accept cancellation or reschedule requests via voicemail or SMS voice notifications.
